In Papillon we use Musetti coffee beans.
Luigi Musetti founded the House of Coffee in 1934, a shop in the centre of Piacenza in Italy.
In 2003 Musetti moved to Pontenure, a town in the Piacenza district. Here they built a modern plant where technological innovations allow them to offer an even higher coffee quality and to keep the raw materials under stricter controls.
They use a vacuum packaging process under a protective atmosphere to preserve the real Italian espresso aroma and flavour.
Nowadays there are many beans and roasteries, but at Papillon, we wanted to use a coffee with a strong character and a such a long history and family tradition.
